烟台市气象台4月30日8时50分发布芝罘区、莱山区、高新区、昆嵛山自然保护区大风黄色预警信号：受冷涡影响，预计今天下午到夜间，四区全部镇街多云转阴有雷雨或阵雨；南风转北风，沿海海面6～7级阵风8～9级，各镇街5～6级阵风7～9级，雷雨地区雷雨时阵风8～10级。请注意防范大风和雷电天气的不利影响。
