The Tianjin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 16:38 on November 24, 2024: Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that there will be a cold wave weather in our city from the 25th to the 27th. There will be light rain in the second half of the night today, and there will be light rain turning into sleet in the morning of the 25th. The lowest temperature drop can reach 8 ℃. The lowest temperature in the central urban area will drop to -3 ℃ in the morning of the 27th, and in other areas it will be -7~-5 ℃. There will be northwest winds of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-8 levels from the afternoon to the night of the 25th and from the late night of the 26th to the daytime of the 27th. 天津市气象台、天津市健康气象交叉创新中心于2024年11月24日11时40分联合发布脑卒中气象风险黄色预警：受较强冷空气影响，25日下午至夜间我市有西北风4～5级阵风6～7级，25日至27日气温将明显下降，降幅8℃左右，26日至27日气温持续较低，白天最高气温3℃，夜间最低气温中南部地区-3℃左右，北部地区-7℃左右，诱发脑卒中的气象风险较高，请广大市民注意防范。健康防护建议：1.适量减少户外活动，做好个人御寒防护，合理安排锻炼时间。2.建议脑卒中高危人群注意休息，低盐低糖饮食，减少高胆固醇食物摄入，增加高纤食物和饮水摄入量。3.伴有高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的患者，建议及时规律监测血压、血糖、血脂等指标，按医嘱规律用药。4.原有基础疾病加重，或新出现言语不清、肢体无力、剧烈头痛、意识障碍等情况，及时就医。
