At 21:15 on January 23, 2025, the Zhashui County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that the road surface temperature in the following areas will be below 0 ℃ and there will be precipitation in the next 12 hours, which may affect traffic due to road icing: Xingping Town, Xiaoling Town, Fenghuang Town, Wafangkou Town, Xialiang Town, Qianyou Street, Hongyansi Town, Caoping Town, and Yingpan Town.
