陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅3月24日联合发布冬小麦、油菜、茶叶低温冻害风险预警：预计3月26日至29日我省有寒潮、大风沙尘天气。最低温度陕北、关中北部出现在29日，关中南部、陕南出现在30日，陕北、秦巴山区最低气温在-6～-8℃，关中北部-1～-5℃，关中南部、陕南0～2℃。关中北部、关中南部秦岭沿线县区和商洛中北部处于拔节期冬小麦低温冻害风险较高，易导致小麦叶片或茎秆受冻，茎基部节间出现损伤，也影响幼穗分化。咸阳北部局地和铜川北部局地抽薹期油菜冻害风险高，关中北部、西安东南部、渭南南部和商洛中北部蕾薹期油菜冻害风险较高，易造成薹茎和叶片生长受阻甚至受冻萎缩；汉中北部和安康北部开花期油菜低温冻害风险较高，易导致油菜花粉活力下降，影响授粉受精。汉中市勉县、略阳、镇巴，安康市平利、镇坪，商洛市丹凤、山阳和镇安茶园冻害风险较高，嫩芽或嫩叶受冻会影响茶叶品质。建议上述小麦、油菜种植区可提前进行灌溉，增加土壤热容量，增强作物抗寒能力。有条件地区也可在降温前喷施植物生长调节剂或防冻剂，提高作物抗性，避免或减轻低温伤害。陕南茶园可在降温前采取稻草、薄膜覆盖或灌溉措施增墒保温，减轻低温危害。
