河北省气象台2024年11月17日07时13分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受较强冷空气影响，明天早晨，唐山、秦皇岛西部、保定东部、雄安新区东部、廊坊、石家庄、沧州、衡水、邢台、邯郸最低气温继续下降2～5℃。18日早晨，最低气温坝上地区降至-15～-10℃，中南部地区降至-3～5℃，其他地区降至-10～-4℃。请注意防范。
