河北省气象台2024年12月19日16时08分发布大风蓝色预警信号：受蒙古国东移南下的冷空气影响，预计今天后半夜到明天夜间，张家口、承德、保定西北部、廊坊北部、石家庄西部有西北风4到5级，阵风6到8级；明天午后到夜间，渤海海域和沿海地区有偏北风5到6级，阵风7到8级。请注意防范。
