At 14:04 on December 19, 2024, the Hegang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that from December 19 to 21, the lowest temperature in Xiangyang District, Gongnong District, Nanshan District, Xing an District, Xingshan District, Dongshan District and various townships in Hegang City will drop by more than 8 ℃, and the lowest temperature at night on the 21st will drop to around -29 ℃. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
