At 16:30 on March 9, 2025, the Qiqihar Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that all towns and streets under the jurisdiction of Qiqihar City will be affected by strong winds within the next 24 hours, with an average wind speed of 4-6 levels or gusts of 7-8 levels. Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
