新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年3月12日9时53分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天白天到13日夜间，北疆大部、南疆西部山区、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域先后有5～6级西北风，风口风力11级左右，北疆局地伴有风吹雪。请加强防范。

Description
