At 15:57 on November 16, 2025, the Tacheng Regional Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds. It is expected that from the afternoon of November 16 to the day of November 17, some townships in Tacheng City, Emin County, Yumin County, and Tori County, as well as the 162nd and 163rd regiments of the 9th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the Tuanjie Farm, will have a wind force of about 9 degrees east. The wind force from Mayitas to Laofengkou wind area will be 10 to 11 degrees, with gusts of 12 to 13 degrees. Some sections of the road may experience wind blown snow, and various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
