At 01:29 on November 24, 2024, the Luochuan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that there may be road icing affecting traffic in the following areas within the next 12 hours: Jiuxian Town, Bodhi Town, Shitou Town, Tuji Town, Laomiao Town, Huaibai Town, Fengqi Street, Yongxiang Town, and Jiaokouhe Town. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
