The Linxian Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 12:52 on January 30, 2025. The warning area includes all townships, towns (streets). The warning area has already experienced road icing that affects traffic, and it is expected to continue for the next 24 hours. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. Transportation, public security and other departments should prepare for road icing according to their responsibilities; 2. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
