济南市气象台2025年03月28日15时20分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受强冷空气影响，28-29日我市历下区、市中区、槐荫区、天桥区、历城区、高新区、南山区和起步区寒潮天气持续。29日早晨气温降至最低，南山区和起步区-1℃左右，有冰冻，其它地区2℃左右，有霜冻。
