阜宁县气象台2024年09月19日19时19分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：受第14号台风“普拉桑”和冷空气共同影响，预计今天夜里到明天我县大部分地区将出现6小时雨量50毫米以上的强降雨，局地可达100毫米以上，同时并伴有雷电、短时强降水和局地8-10级雷暴大风等强对流天气。县应急局（减灾办）、水务局（防办）、气象局联合提醒注意防范。

阜宁县气象台2024年09月19日19时15分继续发布台风蓝色预警信号：受今年第14号台风“普拉桑”影响，预计今天夜里我县大部分地区将有6-8级阵风，20-21日白天可能有大雨到暴雨、局部大暴雨，同时伴有雷电、雷暴大风和短时强降水等强对流天气。县应急局（减灾办）、水务局（防办）、气象局联合提醒注意防范。
