At 13:40 on November 22, 2024, the Emin County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to strong cold air activity, it is expected that the lowest temperature in various areas of Emin County and the 9th Division will drop by 10 ℃ in the next 48 hours. The lowest temperature in most townships and towns will drop to around -12 ℃, and the lowest temperature in mountainous areas will drop to below -20 ℃.
