Blue warning signal for strong winds: It is expected that from the night of the 11th to the day of the 12th, the southwest wind in Heping District, Shenhe District, Tiexi District, Huanggu District, Dadong District, Yuhong District, and Shenfu Demonstration Zone in Shenyang will turn to northwest wind of level 4 to 5, with gusts of level 7 to 8. It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
