At 11:27 am on April 2, 2025, the Taiyuan Meteorological Observatory changed the blue frost warning signal. The warning areas are Yangqu County, Yingze District, Xinghualing District, Xiaodian District, Jiancaoping District, Jinyuan District, Wanbailin District, Gujiao City, and Loufan County. The lowest ground temperature in the warning area has dropped below 0 ℃, which has already had an impact on agriculture and is expected to continue for the next 48 hours.
