湖南省气象台2025年3月2日17时40分发布寒潮橙色预警：预计2日20时至4日20时，全省大部分地区最低气温或平均气温将下降12℃以上，最低气温≤4℃，并可能伴有5级以上大风。橙色预警区域：长沙、株洲、湘潭、湘西州、张家界、常德、益阳、岳阳、怀化、娄底、邵阳、衡阳、永州北部、郴州北部。
