南宁市气象台8日7时51分将暴雨橙色预警信号调整为黄色：2时以来江南区、良庆区南部已出现30-80毫米的强降雨，受新一轮降雨回波北抬影响，预计未来6小时，良庆区、江南区、西乡塘区将有20到40毫米，局地50毫米以上的强降雨，其它城区有10-30毫米降雨，城区积涝气象风险较大，请防范。

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.

广西气象台2024年9月7日17时30分将台风橙色预警调整为黄色：第11号台风摩羯7日17时减弱为强台风，中心在越南海防市，即北纬21.0度东经106.6度，中心附近最大风力15级，中心最低气压为940百帕。预计，摩羯将以每小时10-15公里向偏西方向移，强度快速减弱。受其影响，未来24小时，北部湾海面有暴雨、局地大暴雨，东南风8～9级、阵风10～11级。防城港、崇左、百色三市及南宁、钦州两市西部有暴雨到大暴雨、局地特大暴雨；沿海地区风力7～8级、阵风10～11级，桂西5～7级、阵风8～10级。

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures to reinforce port facilities to prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind, and personnel should not go out at will, to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and those in dangerous houses should be transferred in time.
