新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年9月18日12时26分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计9月18日白天至21日白天，伊犁河谷、博州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、哈密市北部等地山区的局部区域有暴雨（海拔1500米以上的山区雨转雨夹雪或雪），累计降水量25～40毫米，上述区域出现山洪和泥石流、山体滑坡等地质灾害的气象风险等级高，请加强防范。
