Wannian County Meteorological Observatory updates orange warning signal for heavy fog

At 6:10 am on February 1, 2025, Wannian County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that within the next 6 hours, fog with visibility less than 200 meters will appear in some areas of Chenying Town, Huyun Township, Peimei Town, Qibu Township, Qingyun Town, Shangfang Township, Shizhen Town, Suqiao Township, Wangjia Township, Zhutian Township, Zibu Town, and Dayuan Town. Please take precautions.

Description

Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units should do anti-fog work according to their responsibilities;

2. Airports, highways, ferry terminals and other units strengthen dispatching and command;

3. Drivers must strictly control the traveling speed of vehicles and ships;

4. Reduce outdoor activities.

At 00:04 on February 1, 2025, Shangrao Meteorological Station issued a yellow fog warning signal: It is estimated that in the next 12 hours, Xinzhou District, Wannian County, Wuyuan County, Mount Sanqing Mountain, Guangxin District and High speed Railway New Area may have fog with visibility less than 500 meters. Please take precautions.
