托里县气象台2026年1月31日11时21分将大风黄色升级为大风橙色预警信号：目前阿克别里斗乡一带已出现11级偏东大风，预计大风天气将持续至明日白天，阿克别里斗乡至老风口风区一线风力可达12级，阵风13级，有风吹雪出现，请做好各项防范工作。

Description

Guidelines

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年1月30日16时20分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天夜间至2月1日夜间，博州东部、塔城地区北部、阿勒泰地区西部、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、哈密市北部等地有5～6级偏东风，其中塔城地区老风口和玛依塔斯风区、阿勒泰地区闹海风区、乌鲁木齐市乌拉泊和红雁池等风口风力9～10级，阵风11级，局地有风吹雪。请加强防范。
