At 11:31 am on November 27, 2025, the Tori County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from today afternoon to tomorrow day, there will be 6 to 7 levels of westerly winds in Dorat Township, Kupu Township, Akbeilidou Township, Miaoergou Town, Hatu Town, and Laofengfeng in Tori County. The wind speed in the area from the 170th Regiment and Wuxuete to Tiechanggou will be 8 to 9 levels, with gusts of 10 to 11 levels. There will be wind and snow blowing in the windy area, and various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
