At 19:00 on December 4, 2025, the Tori County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the night of the 4th to the day of the 6th, there will be strong winds of about 7 levels west in Kupu Township, Dorat Township, Laofengfeng, and Hatu Town in Tori County. The wind speed in the wind zone from 170th Regiment, Wuxuete to Tiechanggou Town will be 8 to 9 levels, with gusts of 10 to 11 levels. Wind blown snow weather will occur in the wind area, and various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
