At 11:44 am on November 15, 2025, the Tacheng Regional Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the afternoon of the 16th to the day of the 17th, some towns in Tacheng City, Emin County, Yumin County, and Tori County, as well as the 162nd, 163rd, 164th, and Tuanjie Farms of the 9th Division of the Tacheng Region, will have a wind force of 7 to 8 degrees east. The wind force from Mayitas to Laofengkou wind area will be 8 to 9 degrees, with gusts of 10 to 11 degrees, and various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
