松桃县气象台11月16日17时47分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时我县乌罗、甘龙、盘石等乡镇将受大风影响，平均风力可达6级以上，阵风7级以上，建议停止户外作业，远离玻璃门窗、危棚简屋、塔吊等建筑物。
