双湖县气象局发布大风橙色预警

西藏自治区双湖县气象台2月5日18时30分继续发布大风橙色预警信号：预计5日18时35分至6日00时35分，我县及各乡镇有9级以上大风，其中措折羌玛乡、嘎措乡、多玛乡、双湖县城最大风力将达11至13级，易出现扬沙天气，请加强防范。防御措施：1、大风天气将对供暖、供电、供水、通讯、户外广告牌及临时搭建物等设施带来不利影响，相关部门加强巡查防护；2、前期降水过程较少，空气较干燥，草原气象火险等级高，请相关部门加强城镇、草原的防风防火工作；3、牧区需防范大风天气对牧业生产带来的不利影响，牲畜需就近放牧，以免在大风天气中走失走散；4、大风天气易导致扬沙，造成能见度降低，请司乘人员注意道路交通安全，相关部门应当采取措施，保障交通安全；5、做好防风准备，紧固好门窗、围板、棚架等，以免被大风毁损。

西藏自治区气象局2月5日12时00分发布大风黄色预警：受西风急流影响，预计，2月5日13时至6日13时，那曲、阿里西部和东部、日喀则西部有8至9级大风，其中尼玛、班戈、申扎、双湖、聂荣、安多、巴青、索县、狮泉河、革吉、改则、措勤、仲巴和萨嘎等地最大风力可达10至12级；阿里南部、日喀则南部和北部、拉萨、山南和昌都有6至7级阵风，高海拔地方局地阵风可达8至10级，并伴有浮尘和扬沙天气。防御措施：1.大风、浮尘和扬沙天气对航空、铁路、公路等交通运输以及电力、通讯设施、城市运行有不利影响，相关部门应采取措施保障安全。2.做好临时搭建物等的防风加固。3.林区、草场、城区注意用火安全，加强防火工作。4.公众外出注意采取相应的防范措施。
