At 09:05 on December 25, 2025, Shengsi County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that all towns and nearby sea areas in our county will experience a northerly wind of level 9 today, which will increase to level 9-10 at noon, level 9 at night, and weaken to level 8 in the second half of the night. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
