晴隆县气象台11月12日14时25分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时我县长流、中营、花贡、茶马、光照、沙子、腾龙、莲城、东观、大厂、安谷、紫马、鸡场、碧痕等乡镇（街道）将受到大风影响，平均风力可达6级以上，阵风7级以上，请注意防范。
