河北省气象台2025年11月16日11时04分继续发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受冷空气影响，17-18日，全省大部分地区平均气温继续下降6～10℃，其中承德、保定、廊坊局地下降10～12℃。17-18日早晨，张家口大部、承德北部最低气温降至-22～-12℃，保定、廊坊及以南地区降至-8～0℃，其他地区降至-12～-8℃。请注意防范。
