At 11:06 am on February 28th, the Jiamusi Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in each street (township, town) in the urban area of Jiamusi will drop by more than 8 ℃ within 48 hours, and the lowest temperature on the night of March 1st will drop to around (-23) ℃. Please prepare in advance for cold and warmth.
