Strong Wind Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that from 14:00 on the 25th to 2:00 on the 26th, there will be a northerly wind of level 6 and gusts of level 7 in the northern waters of Bohai Sea. The waters and shipping routes near Panjin will be affected. Relevant water operations and passing ships are requested to take active measures, such as returning to port for shelter or navigating around. It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
