Strong Wind Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that from 23:00 on the 27th to 20:00 on the 28th, the southwest wind in the northern Bohai Sea will reach level 6, with gusts of level 7 to 8. The waters and shipping routes near Panjin will be affected. Please take proactive measures for water operations and passing vessels in relevant waters, such as returning to port for shelter or navigating around. It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
