The Ninghai County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 06:20 on December 13, 2025: Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that all townships (streets) in our county will have 6-8 levels of strong winds from today to tomorrow, including 7-9 levels of northerly winds in coastal and high-altitude areas, as well as in the Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay areas. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on maritime transportation, fishery production, construction in progress, agricultural facilities, etc.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
