At 9:46 am on November 24, 2024, the Ningcheng County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: in the next 48 hours, the lowest temperature in Balihan Town, Daming Town, Cunjingou Township, Yikenzhong Township, Xizi Town, Sanzuodian Town, Dachengzi Town, Xiaochengzi Town, Heilihe Town, Dianzi Town, Dashuangmiao Town, and Bisiyingzi Town will drop by more than 8 ℃, with an average wind force of 5 or above, and may continue. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
