At 11:25 am on November 8, 2024, the Meteorological Bureau, Natural Resources Bureau, and Emergency Management Bureau of Midu County jointly issued a Level III geological disaster meteorological risk warning: Due to the continuous rainfall, it is expected that the meteorological risk level of geological disasters in most areas of our county will be Level III (high risk) in the next 24 hours, which is prone to geological disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and collapses, and prevention measures need to be strengthened. Attention should be paid to the inspection, monitoring, and prevention of geological hazards and dangerous areas. Once a danger occurs, disaster prevention and avoidance measures should be taken in a timely manner.
