茂县气象台2025年02月23日21时07分继续发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：茂县叠溪镇、洼底镇、赤不苏镇、沙坝镇、沟口镇、黑虎镇、渭门镇、凤仪镇、南新镇、富顺镇、土门镇高海拔地区及山区阴面12小时内可能出现对交通有影响的道路结冰。请相关部门做好交通道路运行保障，结冰路段请车辆、行人慢行。
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
