At 18:52 on December 26, 2024, the Luoning County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, Yongning Street, Wangfan Hui Town, Shangge Town, Xiayu Town, Hedi Town, Xinghua Town, Dongsong Town, Madian Town, Guxian Town, Zhaocun Town, Changshui Town, Jingyang Town, Chengjiao Township, Xiaojie Township, Luoling Township, Dizhang Township, Chenwu Township, and Jiankou Township will experience northwest winds of around 5 to 6 levels, with gusts of 7 to 9 levels.
