At 12:13 on March 31, 2025, the Longhai District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that in the next 12 hours, the northeast wind in our coastal area will reach 6-7 levels with gusts of 8-9 levels, and the northeast wind in the Minnan Fishing Ground and Taiwan Shallow Fishing Ground will reach 7-8 levels with gusts of 9-10 levels. It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
