西藏自治区气象局12月27日11时30分发布暴雪黄色预警： 预计12月27日20时至29日08时，阿里西部和南部、日喀则西部和南部有中到大雪（雨），其中札达西部和南部、普兰、吉隆南部、聂拉木南部、定日南部和亚东有暴雪（累计降雪量15～30毫米，局地35毫米），新增积雪深度5～10厘米，局地25厘米；上述地方有7～8级大风。 防御指南： 1.暴风雪易导致道路积雪结冰、吹雪、能见度低，建议做好交通安全管理工作。 2.防范降雪降温对能源保供、供水供电设施和群众生活造成的不利影响；牧区注意牲畜的防寒保暖并备好应急粮草。 3.建议做好设施农业、临时搭建物、广告牌等的防风加固。
