江苏省气象台2024年09月19日16时40分发布暴雨蓝色预警：受第14号台风“普拉桑”和冷空气共同影响，预计今天夜里到明天南通、盐城中南部以及南京、镇江、泰州、扬州、常州、无锡和苏州等地的部分地区将出现24小时雨量50毫米以上的强降雨，局地可达100毫米，并伴有雷电、短时强降水和局地8-10级雷暴大风等强对流天气。省应急厅（省防减救灾办）、省气象局提醒注意防范。
