At 10:47 am on September 15, 2025, the Jimunai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the night of September 15 to the night of September 16, Jimunai County, Jimunai Town, Tost Township, Kaerjiao Town and other towns will have a level 8 easterly wind, and the wind speed in the sea breeze area (Hatushan Chaleshhai Township Dalonghaiqi, Tumande area) can reach level 9. Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
