At 11:20 am on January 10, 2025, the Huaning County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, low temperatures will occur in Qinglong Town, Honghongdian Township, Ningzhou Street, Panxi Town, Huaxi Town and other areas of our county, and the daily average temperature will drop by more than 6 ℃ in 24 hours. Except for the Panxi and Huaxi River Valley areas, the lowest temperature will be less than 5 ℃. Please ensure that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
