At 18:56 on the 28th, the weather station of Hepu County issued an orange warning signal of rainstorm: 39.4mm rain has occurred in Baisha Town in the past hour. At present, heavy rain clouds are affecting the southeast of Hepu County, with intensity maintained and moving southward. It is estimated that there will be 25 to 40mm heavy rain in Baisha Town, Shankou Town and Shatian Town in three hours.
