At 14:10 on April 21, 2025, Hengshan District Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that the following areas will be affected by strong winds in the next 12 hours, with an average wind speed of 6-7 levels and gusts of 9 levels or above, accompanied by sand or floating dust: Shiwan Town, Weijialou Town, Gao Town, Tawan Town, Zhaoshipan Town, Hancha Town, Wu Town, Dianshi Town, Dangcha Town, Xiangshui Town, Hengshan Street, Leilongwan Town, Boluo Town, and Baijie Town. Please take precautions.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.

陕西省气象台2025年04月20日17时00分发布强对流蓝色预警：受西风槽和低层切变共同影响，预计4月20日20时至21日20时，全省大部有雷暴天气，其中榆林北部和东部、延安东部局地、宝鸡西部及南部、西安南部、渭南南部、汉中西部及南部、安康南部及北部山区、商洛北部山区有短时强降水（最大小时雨强20-30mm/h，个别点可达40mm/h以上），降水期间伴有雷暴大风（阵风8级以上）或冰雹。同时，受冷空气影响，21日全省大部有4～5级偏北风（5.5～10.7m/s），阵风7～8级（13.9～20.7m/s），陕北西部局地、秦岭山区阵风可达10级（28.5m/s）以上，有一定极端性，陕北、关中、陕南东部伴有扬沙或浮尘天气。日平均气温陕北、关中下降8～10℃，陕南下降6～8℃。此次对流性天气影响范围广，同时全省大部有大风、降温、沙尘天气。请相关部门研判雷电、短时强降水、风雹天气可能带来的风险。采取措施降低对学生返校、户外游乐设施、交通运输、高空作业、输电线路、农业设施等生产生活的不利影响。公众要妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，远离临时搭建物、高空构筑物等危险部位，及时关闭门窗、携带口罩，做好防沙准备。请及时关注当地气象部门递进式发布的短时临近预报预警信息。
