黑水县气象台2025年02月23日09时10分继续发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：慈坝乡、晴朗乡、扎窝镇、知木林镇、维古乡、木苏镇、洛多乡、龙坝乡、石碉楼乡、瓦钵梁子乡、西尔镇、沙石多镇、色尔古镇、卡龙镇、芦花镇12小时内可能出现对交通有影响的道路结冰。请相关部门做好交通道路运行保障，结冰路段请车辆、行人慢行。
