At 16:30 on November 21, Harbin Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow haze warning signal: it is expected that there will be moderate to severe haze in the main urban area and various districts and counties (cities) of Harbin in the next 24 hours, with severe haze in some areas, accompanied by light fog from night to morning. The minimum visibility is less than 3000 meters, and locally less than 1000 meters. Please take precautions.
Description
Haze with a visibility of less than 3000 meters may appear within 12 hours, or haze with a visibility of less than 3000 meters has appeared and may continue.
