渭南市水务局、渭南市气象局2026年6月5日14时联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：根据降水落区预报，预计2026年6月5日14时至2026年6月6日14时，韩城市发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）；合阳县、澄城县、白水县有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。各有关县(市、区)要全面做好山洪灾害防御工作安排部署，组织好山洪隐患巡查排查。水务部门要加强与相关部门工作衔接，加密山洪灾害站点监测，及时提请当地政府依法组织群众转移避险。
