The highest temperatures in Qilian and Menyuan will drop by 8-10 ℃, and the highest temperatures in Gangcha and Haiyan will drop by more than 10 ℃. The lowest temperature in the morning of the 20th will drop by 4-6 ℃. During the process, there were 5-6 level westerly winds in most parts of Haibei, with gusts of up to 7 level or above, and locally accompanied by sandstorms. From the 19th to the 20th, there will be light to moderate snow, locally heavy snow, and scattered snow in other areas of the Qilian Mountains.
