The Haiyan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 06:35 on March 18: Due to the impact of snowfall, road icing has occurred in Sanjiaocheng Town, Xihai Town, Jintan Township, Halejing Mongolian Township, Qinghai Lake Township, and Ganzihe Township, which will continue to affect traffic. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
