Guidelines

2. Residents in dangerous areas and dangerous houses, as well as ships, should take shelter from the wind. Never take shelter from rain under trees, electric poles, or tower cranes, and turn off mobile phones when lightning occurs;

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

陕西省气象台2026年5月23日18时继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计5月23日18时至24日18时，西安南部、宝鸡南部局地、咸阳北部、铜川北部、渭南北部、延安部分、榆林西部、汉中部分、安康部分、商洛部分有大雨（25～50毫米），其中铜川北部局地（宜君县）、渭南北部局地（韩城市、澄城县、合阳县、白水县）、延安南部局地（黄陵县、黄龙县、宜川县、洛川县、富县）有暴雨（50～100毫米）。西安南部、咸阳北部、渭南南部、榆林西部、延安西部、汉中南部、商洛部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强20～50毫米/小时，个别点可达50毫米/小时以上）、雷暴大风（阵风8级以上）、冰雹等对流性天气。

渭南市气象台发布山洪灾害事件黄色预警

渭南市水务局、渭南市气象局2026年5月23日12时联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：根据降水落区预报，预计2026年5月23日12时至2026年5月24日12时，富平县发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）；白水县、华州区、华阴市有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。各有关县(市、区)要全面做好山洪灾害防御工作安排部署，组织好山洪隐患巡查排查。水务部门要加强与相关部门工作衔接，加密山洪灾害站点监测，及时提请当地政府依法组织群众转移避险。

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅5月22日联合发布农田渍涝与小麦倒伏、小麦连阴雨风险预警：当前我省汉中、安康大部分小麦处于成熟收获期，关中和陕南东部小麦处于灌浆至乳熟期。预计5月23日至27日我省冬麦区将出现新一轮持续降水天气，累计降水量大部在50毫米以上，陕南中西部部分地方在100毫米以上，其中23-24、27-28日关中北部和东部、陕南东部阵风6～7级。西安南部、咸阳南部和铜川局地、渭南南部、汉中大部、安康及商洛大部农田渍涝与小麦倒伏风险较高。此外，预计关中和陕南小麦连阴雨风险较高到高。建议提前清沟理渠，雨后排水散墒，降低田间湿度，防范渍涝；趁晴及时开展“一喷三防”；做好农机调度，抢收已成熟夏粮油作物。
