Guidelines

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

7. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant windbreak notices, and students stay in a safe place;

陕西省气象台2026年5月21日11时00分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计5月21日10时至22日10时，西安大部、宝鸡大部、咸阳、铜川、渭南大部、延安南部、榆林局地、汉中大部、安康北部局地、杨凌示范区有大雨（25～50毫米），其中西安南部局地（蓝田县、周至县）、宝鸡部分（凤翔区、太白县、麟游县、凤县）、咸阳部分（渭城区、三原县、泾阳县、彬州市、旬邑县）、铜川局地（王益区、印台区、耀州区）、渭南北部（澄城县、合阳县、蒲城县、富平县、白水县）、延安南部局地（黄龙县）、汉中部分地方（汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、勉县、略阳县、宁强县、留坝县、佛坪县）有暴雨（50～100毫米），印台区、南郑区、勉县、略阳县、宁强县、留坝县等县区局地有大暴雨（100～150毫米）。上述部分地区伴有雷电、短时强降水（最大小时雨强20～40毫米/小时，个别点可达50毫米/小时以上），其中宝鸡北部局地、咸阳北部局地、铜川西部局地、延安西部局地、榆林西部和北部局地、秦巴山区西段伴有雷暴大风（阵风8级以上）或冰雹。

渭南市自然资源和规划局、渭南市气象局2026年5月21日09时联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：预计5月21日09时到5月22日09时，富平县部分地方发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害风险的可能性较大（黄色预警）；各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。
