Guidelines

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

省自然资源厅联合省气象局2026年6月5日12时28分发布第9期地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：预计6月5日14时-6月6日14时，咸阳市长武县、彬州市，铜川市宜君县，渭南市合阳县，延安市宝塔区、安塞区、延长县、志丹县、甘泉县、富县、洛川县、宜川县、黄龙县、黄陵县，榆林市横山区、靖边县、绥德县、米脂县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省气象台2026年6月5日10时30分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计6月5日14时至6日14时，咸阳北部、铜川部分、渭南部分、延安大部、榆林部分有大雨（25～50毫米），其中咸阳北部局地（彬州市、长武县）、铜川北部局地（宜君县）、渭南北部（韩城市、澄城县、合阳县）、延安部分（宝塔区、安塞区、黄陵县、黄龙县、宜川县、洛川县、富县、甘泉县、志丹县、延长县）、榆林东南部（榆阳区、横山区、绥德县、米脂县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县）有暴雨（50～90毫米）。降水期间伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强20～40毫米/小时，个别点可达40毫米/小时以上）、雷暴大风（阵风8级以上）、冰雹等强对流天气。
