海西州气象台11月22日17时发布寒潮橙色预警：预计11月23日14时至25日14时，全州将出现寒潮，德令哈、茫崖（冷湖镇）、乌兰、都兰、天峻、大柴旦气温将累计下降10℃以上，其余地区下降6～8℃。期间，全州大部有吹风天气，阵风可达8级以上，茫崖至格尔木一线有沙尘。23日夜间至24日全州大部有降雪天气。降温、降雪、吹风天气对农牧业生产、能源保供、道路交通、公众健康有一定影响，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防寒潮、大风、降雪应急准备工作；2.个人注意添衣保暖，尽量减少外出；3.农、林、牧、养殖业等采取防寒措施，做好作物、树木、牲畜等防冻害工作。
