At 11:20 am on August 5, 2026, Changchun Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning. It is expected that there will be scattered lightning in most parts of our city in the next 6 hours, and some towns in Yushu, Dehui, and Jiutai may experience short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly remind to pay attention to prevention work.
