At 21:27 on March 13, 2025, the Dechang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Jinsha Lisu Township, Nanshan Lisu Township, Rehe Town, Tielu Town, Cida Town, Mali Town, Leyue Town, Yonglang Town and other towns (streets) in Dechang County will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above; Or it may have been affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 8-9 levels, or gusts of 9-10 levels that may persist. Please be aware of the potential adverse effects of catastrophic weather.

凉山州气象台2025年03月13日15时33分发布强降温蓝色预警：受北方地面冷空气、高原槽、低层切变线共同影响，14日到19日我州自北向南有一次持续性降温降雨天气过程。其中，西昌、德昌、普格、宁南、会理、冕宁、越西、喜德、美姑、昭觉、布拖等县市日平均气温将累计下降8～10℃；会东、木里、盐源、甘洛、雷波、金阳等县日平均气温将累计下降6～8℃。降温时，我州大部地区伴有降雨，高海拔地区有降雪、大雾和道路结冰，山口河谷地区有7级以上阵性大风。请注意防范灾害性天气带来的不利影响。
