内蒙古自治区气象台2025年12月13日10时40分发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：受前期降雪影响，预计12小时内阿拉善盟东部、巴彦淖尔市西部和南部、乌海市、鄂尔多斯市大部、包头市大部、呼和浩特市、乌兰察布市大部、锡林郭勒盟南部、赤峰市西北部仍存在对交通有影响的道路结冰或积雪。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
